I have a bit of Asperger's Syndrome, and I wrote that on Google a few times. Once I saw the pictures and had pictures of people with Asperger syndrome, Down's syndrome have appeared. I do not think that now, but I will also quit?

There is a "look" for people with AS. Dan Aykroyd, Steven Spielberg and Bill Gates all have them. However, not much different than any other person.
Not only tend to act differently.
Not looking, as described, "different", but a clear sign that your head is bigger than the average. That does not mean much, but one aspect.

There is a form of autism, Asperger's syndrome? I have never heard people austistic look like no other.
It is quite possible that people with Down syndrome, because it is entirely possible to get both. You know someone is next door neighbor is both, but Downs is the appearance of change.
In view of the developments in this - not if you have some bizarre plastic surgery.
