Because summer is hot and increases the heat of anger. What if you mad, and it is hot outside, you do not feel so crazy or worse, when you take something to feel happy? Just like that. Rabies is most common in the summer because of the rabid animals at night when it can attack in the summer evenings in search of food cool and dogs because they remain awake during the night to maintain. Hope this helps!

Last I checked, no data on the CDC 2001 - has shown that domestic animals represent only 7% of animal rabies cases, and cases of dogs against rabies, cat prevail 2-1.

Sun Canine Rabies is actually the least likely hand of animal rabies.

the largest number of cases of animal rabies in 2001 were:

Raccoons 37% of cases
Skunks 31%
Bats 17%
Fox 6%
All dogs and cats: 7%
