I love pictures and developing countries at home, but I did find problems which brand is better quality. What is the best all-in-one?

Do not listen to others, please. Buy an HP all-in-One (printer / scanner / copier). It is certainly very useful. You will also have to fax machines. Okay, you can see Epson or Canon, but I can not guarantee.

Epson is IMO the best inkjet printer for professional-looking pictures. The prints are less grainy and sharper than the HP. If you can afford it, you can have a sense of wide format 13 "print size to get. If you are printing your own pictures serious about this, sometimes it's nice, large format printing and not be limited to 8 print 1 / 2 x 11 .
More Epson offers a variety of roles including the role of the file that will take longer. Not only the (E, TV-VCR combo, printer-fax-copier, etc.) If a party who is ill, it affects everything else.
As for scanners, I have an Epson scanner, but not really too much analysis.

I like products from Hewlett Packard. But I say that most printer companies make good machines. Most of the arguments and issues are: Ford Chevy.
Cannon, Lexmark, Brother, very good machine ... My advice is to look first in your price range.
